This portfolio showcases a selection of past reel repairs and restorations completed at Cascade Reel Repair. Projects range from routine maintenance and tuning to full tear-down restorations of vintage and heavily worn reels.

Each reel is fully disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and rebuilt with close attention to tolerances, smoothness, and reliability. Original components are preserved whenever possible, with repairs focused on restoring function while maintaining the reel’s original character. Final testing ensures consistent drag performance, proper alignment, and smooth operation under load.
