This Shimano Tekota 500 LC was fully disassembled, cleaned, and inspected as part of a complete service. Internal components were serviced and lubricated, with the worm gear replaced to correct wear and restore proper level-wind function. The drag system was upgraded with a carbon fiber drag washer to improve smoothness, durability, and consistency under load.

The reel was reassembled, lubricated, and tested to confirm smooth retrieve, accurate line counter operation, proper alignment, and reliable drag performance.
